The TCL (Transport en Commun de Lyon) network is managed by SYTRAL (Syndicat Mixte des Transports pour le Rhône et l’Agglomération Lyonnaise). The network operations are contracted to Keolis Lyon. The network consists of 4 metro lines, 5 tramway lines, 2 cable inclines, and over 100 bus and trolleybus routes. SYTRAL manages the networks of TCL (the Lyon region), Cars de Rhône (the Rhône Department) and the Libellule network (Villefranche sur Saône).
