General information
Pulsar Expo was founded by Ukrainian Vakhtang Dzukashvili and Yulia Khomich in 2008 and initially sold vehicle fleets to Ukraine. They started converting vehicles for special purposes and became a major supplier to the US State Department. In 2017 they started the Torsus Preatorian project for an off-road bus, special vehicle or camper. It uses an MAN driveline. In 2019 they added a minibus on MAN TGE or Volkswagen Crafter basis, de Terrastorm.
