Rwanda -Observations Rwanda Federation of Transport Cooperatives (RFTC)
General information
The Rwanda Federation of Transport Cooperatives (RFTC) is the organisation that takes care of local transport and of connections off the main roads all over the country. It operates mainly old Toyota Hiace minibuses that are white with a band of green squares. There are some Toyota Coaster and two Kenyan built buses were also seen.
