Abuja buses
The Nigerian capital Abuja has two government transport services: Labour City Transport Services and Abuja Mass Transport Company Ltd, both of which in 2005 has a very small fleet of serviceable buses. The majority of bus services were provided by private operators with buses in a dark green livery. The fleet used consisted of an incredibly decripit collection of mid-sized and minibuses of which the Mercedes-Benz L508/608D panel van transformed into a bus formed the majority of the mid-sized buses and the Toyota Hiace dominated in the minibus fleet. There were also truck based vehicles.
