The largest part of the series of some 70 (4041-4110 ?) Brazilian-built Mercedes -Busscar buses was built on the Mercedes-Benz O500M frame. Note the high floor! They external differences with the first buses of the series, built on Mercedes-Benz OH1421L chassis are small. Most obvious are the size of the ventilation grilles, especially on the off-side. Also, this version has three shallower steps while the first series has two high steps.
