MOWASALAT in Qatar builds its own buses under the brand name KARWA. The only known export is of buses to Eritrea, though those were probbaly a gift and are in the same colours as the KARWA buses in Qatar. All KARWA buses have a Higer logo on the front and are probably Higer buses that are assembled locally.
